Robert’s Funeral

On July 18th, 2024, our family got the devastating news that Robert Overdevest was tragically shot in Bakersfield. He has been on life support since the incident occurred. With sadness in our hearts, we have to make the difficult decision to take him off life support. Robert has left behind a beautiful boy, among many other people who love and will miss him tremendously! He had heart of gold and a personality like no other. With that being said, we are faced with a financial burden of needing to cremate him and lay him to rest with his beautiful mother. We are absolutely devastated that we are having to go through this again. We will appreciate anything you are able to contribute. Please keep our family in your prayers as we are going through this difficult time.

UPDATE… Robert was pronounced deceased today, July 21st at 5:50pm. Exactly 2 years to the day his mother passed. He will live on through others because his organs were donated. Although he died because of a tragedy he will still be a hero! We thank each and everyone who had donated and share this post so for. Thank you all so much for your love and support.
