Lauren "Sully" Sullivan
Donation protected
PRP Family & Friends,
On June 20th while at home Lauren suffered a serious dog bite to her arm, and as a result sustained serious life altering injuries. These injuries were very significant and will affect her quality of life forever. Lauren is currently in and out of hospital while she receives preliminary treatment for her injuries, but it is anticipated that she will be away from work for an extended period of time. We can all empathize with how hard this must be for her and the hope is to allow her to be as comfortable as possible while recovering. We all take the risk everyday as police officers going to work, however we never anticipate such events transpiring at our homes.
For those that have had the pleasure to work with or spend time with Lauren, know her to be a very genuine, hard working, caring and compassionate police officer and person.
“Sully” as she is known by most at work, never hesitates to contribute her time to help her co-workers, or assist in volunteer hockey development for Peel youth.
Her path to recovery should be without the worry of any financial obligations because of this unfortunate incident.
The goal is to raise some money for her in order to make day to day life a little more manageable and stress free so she can focus on healing.
We know that the PRP and police bond is strong, and in times like this we ask you to show our support for one of our own.
Thanks to everyone for all that you can do.
