Bubbles Bladder Surgery

HI Bubbles was in an almost fatal rear-end car crash. She is only 8 years old and needs surgery to regain the ability to urinate. She is not eligible for just a wheelchair as the vets were unable to express her urine. Having a permanent catheter is not a possible solution. Her owner was also injured, has maxed out all his credit cards and can not work due to their injuries... EVERY DOLLAR HELPS BUT WITH THE PUG VILLAGE getting the needed surgery is possible..
