Buck Timmins - Mitchell SD Fundraiser
Buck Timmins was a fixture in the Mitchell, South Dakota community. He touched many lives with his caring and kindness. A humble man, Buck dedicated his life to serving others, coaching and encouraging countless young people involved in local teams. He spent many years officiating various high school and college sporting events and took time to mentor new officials.
Buck was a patient and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was well loved and respected in the community, and a good friend to many.
Like many towns across the US, the City of Mitchell has been stricken by the pandemic and Buck tragically lost his life to Covid-19 on November 16, 2020. The City continues to experience great strain and division due to the pandemic.
Buck Timmins lived his life with decency and humility, dedicated to serving others. In honor of his life, we have established this fundraiser in Buck’s name to help restore hope and a common purpose to a Mitchell community that has been devastated by the pandemic.
All donations are tax deductible and will be made to these local Mitchell S.D. non-profit organizations and charities via PayPal Giving Fund in Buck's memory:
