Buddy and Family House Repairs

To all who have been following Buddy.
The family , believed they had found their dream home....
You may have seen, there were repairs made to the home & more that need to be addressed.
They had a home inspection before purchase.
The inspection showed only a few issues ...
Lately it has been one repair and expense after another.
The latest being a terrible leaking, from the back room, roof.
I am writing today with Hopes and Prayers ,
that Buddies lovely followers will find it in their hearts to please help with some of the home repair expenses, that are needed, & were completely unexpected.
Priority is roof, gutters, repair where the deck used to be,
and the rotten wood under the floor and it needs to be jacked up and re supported. Kitchen floor is also sloped. need waterproofing in the basement and foundation repairs. Also plumbing and hvac.. most of the windows need to be replaced.. also have bats in the attic and birds in buddies wall.
The Family would sincerely like to thank everyone who had helped with food, donations and gifts.
