Buddy Bigwood

Hi, my name is Gina and I am fundraising for Buddy Bigwood, my daughter's boyfriend, best friend and soulmate. On March 13, 2024 Buddy sadly passed away after a tragic dirt bike accident. He was surrounded by loved ones and received the walk of Honor at Cooper Trauma as he was an organ donor. Buddy was full of life and loved animals and the outdoors. THEIR LOVE STORY began in 2021, at my job the Pine Hill Dunkin Doughnuts. Every night Buddy would sit in the lobby for hours talking to me about how much he liked Gianna. They started a friendship and that grew into them becoming inseparable. From that moment on their love grew into the most purest beautiful love I have ever seen. They shared all the same interests and love for animals, fishing, quading and dirt bike riding. Gianna would tell me the most special moments were when her and Buddy were alone in the quiet and peaceful woods were they felt like only two people in the world.

Buddy had such a young but old soul, he didn't have a care in the world, he was a fearless kid. He loved working on his bikes and didn't care to be on or have a phone. Working on his bikes and being with his tools is what made him the happiest. Buddy was an amazing and caring soul and boyfriend, he would give you the shirt off his back and give you the last dollar to his name. He had a heart of gold, and he would ride for the ones he truly loved and hard. He was a hard worker, genuine, intelligent, a Country boy to the T. He was so loving and kind, with a heart of gold and the realest person to ever roam this earth. He is one of a kind. and always will be. Forever and always in my heart, our love will never die.
