Buffaloed my face. Please help!

Hello everyone.
Christina/Buffalo here, reaching out because in classic "clumsiest person on Earth" fashion, I biffed it -- hard.
It was a dark and stormy night in Portland and I don't see well -- especially in the dark. On my way home with some friends, I hit uneven pavement, lost my balance completely, and kissed the curb. There may or may not have been a Lime rent-a-scooter involved.
- I lost one tooth by the root that will need an implant over 2 invasive surgeries.
- I lost half of 2 other teeth that will need porcelain crowns and may need root canals within the year
- My upper lip got road rash and my lower lip is nearly punctured through (see picture, kind of cool but ow)
- Dentists believe that my jaw alignment was knocked out of whack, which will require more work.
It's pretty bad, y'all.
The goal for this fundraiser has been calculated off of the money I've already had to charge or prepare to pay for for the IMMEDIATE care/surgery.
- $2,000 emergency dentist in PDX
- $2,000 for 2 assessments in Chicago
- $7,000 for the implant, gum graft, porcelain crowns, and temporary healing abutment
I will also need several check ups, another surgery, medicine, and downtime from work.
Despite me having a full-time job, insurance (that was lapsed at the time of this accident) and my family helping, this financial burden is more than we can all manage. I don't expect it all (or even most) to be funded by the community, but at this point -- anything helps.
Thank you all so much for reading this, sharing it to everyone you can, and anything you're able to spare to help me not end up in utter financial ruins. I shall emerge, grinning big and dancing again.
