Buggy for Hunter

Hi, we are a family from downtown Hamilton, last week our disabled son, had his buggy stolen from our yard, this is a special stroller made specifically for kids with special needs, this buggy is essential for our day to day lives. Our son has severe autism and requires constant supervision, something as simple as walking to the park could be disastrous as he has a tendency to run away, he doesn’t have the capacity to realize the dangers of the street, and might run right into traffic. Our son feels safe and comfortable in his buggy and we use it to get him to school, his therapist use it to take him on adventures and it has become an essential part of our routine and life. We are deeply saddened by the theft and the deterioration of the neighbourhood. We are both hard working parents, but in this economy, we struggle just to afford housing and basic necessities. Replacing this stroller is beyond our reach at this time, but we need this stroller to give our son the same opportunities to be outside as any other kid, any donation of any amount will be truly and deeply appreciated and will go directly to our son and his buggy, it took a lot of debate wether to ask for help but the conclusion is we need to put our pride aside and provide our son with safety and if anyone can help they will be making his life so much better ❤️
