Build a masjid in Yemen for Ali Hamed

On the 29th October we unexpectedly lost our beloved dad Ali at the age of 46. Our Dad was very precious to us, and was always our protector and provider from the day we were born until the day he died.

Everyone who knew our dad Ali, knew how kind and caring he was, and how he always lit up every room he was in. He was hilarious without even trying, and his soul just brought so much comfort to us all. There’s no words to describe how much we love and adore him, and how much we miss him. The hole in our hearts his passing has caused will never be filled, especially when we never expected him to pass so young and with no explanation other than it was his time to go.

We have decided that the money raised will be used to build a masjid in Yemen in our dad Ali’s name, to continue his rewards and good deeds. Building a mosque helps us spread our deen in this world and brings not only ourselves closer to Allah (SWT) but everyone who enters the mosque as well.

This is very important to us as we know this will help him massively and he deserves it. It will take time and effort however we know how much it would mean to him to have a masjid in his memory in his motherland Yemen. Our dad had the biggest heart, and we saw him constantly giving charity and helping others who needed it, we believe it’s only right to show him the same. He taught us to always be selfless and to have empathy towards everyone.

Everyone that knew him will know how much he deserves the rewards this will bring insha’allah.

The Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), said: “Whoever builds a Masjid for the sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.”

We will be donating to the MATW organisation to build the mosque on our dad’s behalf, and we would appreciate it so much if you are able to donate anything or share, no matter how small it will always make a difference. And may Allah reward you all for any contribution you make. We can’t put into words how much we love and miss our dad Ali but hopefully this will help. May Allah grant him the highest rank of Jannah, and may we be reunited with him insha’allah. Our dad deserves to be remembered forever, but more importantly he deserves our efforts to increase his rewards in the hereafter.
