Build a statue of Venerable Mother Angeline

2024 marks 40 years since the passing into Eternal Life of the Venerable Mother Mary Angeline McCrory the foundress of the Carmelites of the Aged and Infirm. Mother Angeline spent 12 years with us as a parishioner at Holy Family Mossend. It was in this parish she grew in holiness and left to pursue her vocation in 1912.

Her family remained in the parish and she would be a regular visitor over the following decades to her "home parish" until her death in 1984. We now wish to mark the life of this holy woman who improved the lives of the elderly and inform across America and beyond with a permanent statue in the grounds of our parish. We hope it will inspire us all to live out our own vocations as we journey on the path to Heaven.
