Build up BOMBOLO: new Chapel Hill restaurant

Chef Garret and I (Eleanor, pastry cook and emerging sommelier) are fundraising to bring our dream of owning our very own restaurant into reality at 104 N. Graham St in charming downtown Chapel Hill. We’ve got a slightly pretentious and esoteric menu of fresh pasta dishes, creative small plates, delicious mains, seasonal satisfying sweets, and - most exciting of all - an in house charcuterie program. We’re working on an excellent and affordable wine list, so that enjoying a good glass of something with your after work plate of NC prosciutto and salami can be a regular treat. Our landlord is putting in plumbing and electricity and drywall. We’ve picked out a beautiful piece of Brazilian quartzite for the bar. Things are moving forward but we’ll need more money soon.

Here is how you can help bring a great new restaurant to Chapel Hill that will provide good employment for managers, chef, sous chef, line cooks, dishwashers, waitstaff, pastry cook, bartenders, etc.
