Building a masjid for my father

I have set up this page to raise Sadaqah Jariyah (ongoing charity) on behalf of my beloved father. As some of you may or may not already know my father passed away a few years ago. So I decided to create this gofundme in order to build a masjid in his name inshallah. “Uthman ibn Affan reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever builds a mosque for Allah, Allah will build for him a house like it in Paradise.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 439, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 533 This masjid that we will all build together will be our Sadaqah Jariya. This masjid will be a means for us to continue to gain rewards even after we have passed. It may be this deed that will allow us to see the doors of Jannah. On the authority of Abu Hurairah (ra) that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, ‘When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: Sadaqah Jariyah (a continuous charity), or knowledge from which benefit is gained, or a righteous child who prays for him’. (Muslim) May Allah (swt) reward you all for all your donations. May Allah (swt) shower my beloved father with mercy and grant him the highest rank in Jannah  and may we all be reunited in Jannah inshallah.
