Building a Truly Affordable Boston - ACTIONS!
Tax deductible
There is a massive outcry for truly affordable housing across Boston, and groups from across the city are uniting to demand more *truly* affordable housing from developers! As the City of Boston finalizes its decisions to change its Inclusionary Development Policy (IDP), we need your support for our acitons which are critical to the overall campaign to win affordable housing.

To really engage people impact by displacement and gentrification, and to make an impact on the City's decisions, we are making our actions very VIBRANT - full of fun, creativity, and art! And we need your help to pull that off.
For example, in our October action, the crowd build an affordable home on City Hall to show what we want our communities and city to look like! We had speakers, performers, art, and activities for children. Leaders of the campaign and action included residents impacted by displacement and gentrification, especially low- and moderate-income people of color.
Your donation will support our October action and future actions. Expenses include food, interpretation, childcare, and transportation for the actions and preparation funding for artists, outreach and flyers, supplies, T-shirts, a web site, and wages for people who have to miss work to attend actions.
Thank you!
