Center Enhancement Plan

I have always considered daycare as a second home: a place where young children grow, learn and develop. Columbia Children’s Center is a place where children make friends and memories while being cared for by a team of amazing teachers!

While we’ve made great strides this past year to improve the quality of the center we still have a lot to accomplish and we know we can count on our community to help us reach our goals!

Raising awareness for the needs of the center and the work we do in this daycare desert is crucial if we’re going to make any kind of long-term impact on the lives of the families we serve. Your donations would be greatly appreciated and will go a long way in helping our school achieve our goal of improving the quality of material and resources that we provide.

We are seeking donations to enhance our Preschool curriculum by focusing on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics – STEAM education creates a holistic approach to teaching children about the world around them) purchasing cubbies, lockers, storage equipment, rugs and other classroom furniture.
