Building Low-Cost Housing for Haitian Families

Our Dad (Harvey Sanchez ) purchased the Property and had the foundation built and septic finished. He decided to stay in California for health reasons, and the Family has decided to use the existing  foundation and build low cost homes for Haitian families living in the Dominican Republic. We plan to build 4 small low cost homes with 2 garages, water cistern, electric system, full bathrooms with showers, secure courtyard, and security cameras. The plan is to start as soon as next week. The families will be very grateful and relieved to have safe and secure housing.
