Send "Voices From The Vacant Lot" to Portland, NSW

We are "Voices from the Vacant Lot" https://www.voicesfromthevacantlot.net an acclaimed group of vocalists from Sydney. This September we have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to co-create with artist Gab Bates, Wiradjuri Elder Peter Swain, Eclectica Choir, and the post-industrial buildings of The Foundations on Wiradjuri Land in Portland NSW.

Together we will develop a performance that can be adapted for any building. Our performance will provide many benefits for communities, including a stronger connection to 'place', expanded cultural knowledge, and employment for artists.

We will use your donation to get ourselves from Sydney to Portland. For those who support us with donations of $100 or over, we're offering free tickets to attend our open rehearsals at The Foundations. And for those who donate $250 or over, Gab will post you an original artwork on paper from her portfolio. Here's her website: https://www.gabriellebates.com
