Out in Tech brings together a global community of 60,000 LGBTQ+ tech professionals across 40 chapters to advance careers, strengthen networks, and drive social change. We envision a tech industry where everyone—from intern to CEO—has the representation, support, and agency needed to thrive and lead.

In a pivotal time for the tech industry, with anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, sweeping tech layoffs, and reduced funding for marginalized communities creating unprecedented challenges, our mission is more vital than ever.

We’ve connected thousands to life-changing job opportunities, matched 1,000+ LGBTQ+ youth with mentors to guide them in their careers, and provided resources and critical support to our global community.

Together, let's continue driving collective strength, purpose, and change, paving the way for an inclusive and innovative tech landscape that embraces and uplifts all voices.
