Kitty Fund

Hello all, many of you are familiar with me in the Star Citizen Twitch community. However, many of you may not know the incredible difficulty of living daily, feeling like a prisoner inside your own body.

My name is Briannah, you may know me as Bri or BumbleBri. I am transgender and have been living life as my authentic self for almost 3 years now. After 30 years of living my life, repressing who I truly was, I faced much depression and the urge to give up, fearing I'd never have the courage to tell the world the heavy burden I've been carrying since I can remember.

I wanted to try and begin this "kitty fund" before the holidays and would appreciate any help yourself or others may be able to spare so please, please, please at the very least, share my story with others. I come to you hoping for the community to rally in my favor as I quickly approach the day I've been awaiting since my birth, to feel comfortable in my own body. On December 8th I will be undergoing what is known as "bottom surgery" which is a vaginoplasty in the medical community. I'll spare you the details.

As the day approaches, I'll try and continue to provide details with my life. The funds I'm asking for will be used while I recover from what is going to be major surgery, putting me out of work for at least 6 weeks. I'm hoping to raise enough to comfortable support me while I'm out of work, enabling me to continue to keep up on bills and what not. I'm sure you're aware of, even if you're not conscious of, the difficulties the transgender community face daily living in today's world.

To even be considered for this surgery, I've had to "prove" I'm living my life for 12 months or more as my authentic self, have 2 letters of recommendation from board certified psychiatrists and endocrinologists, as well as constantly having to out myself and approach life and dating with caution.

Again, I implore you to at the very least share this fundraiser if you're unable to contribute. Chances are you encounter transgender individuals in your life daily and you might not even know it. There's an even better chance someone you know and love is transgender.

I am again simply asking for you to raise awareness and if you can, spare anything you can to help me finally feel comfortable in my body. I've had enough of the Klescher life and wish to be a reformed citizen.
