3 years ago I was diagnosed with severe Crohn’s Disease, a condition I knew very little about and just how debilitating it can be to live with. It’s an unpredictable and many times invisible illness. and one that causes stigma, fear and isolation. It is thought that many people with the condition go undiagnosed and suffer in silence. Please help me make a difference for all families out there affected by this disease.
