Burial Arrangements for Kelvin J. Prude Sr.

My name is Keona and I am the baby sister of Kelvin Prude Sr. In 2012, Kelvin was diagnosed with heart failure, a condition that has previously claimed the lives of his father, sister, grandmother and first cousin. Over the years, Kelvin and his family were diligent in his care and maintaining his health. At the end of April 2023, Kelvin went to the doctor for a check-up and was immediately sent to the hospital. We found out that he needed to have a heart transplant. On May 12th, Kelvin underwent a successful heart transplant and we all thought he would recover fully. Unfortunately, Kelvin contracted a rare but fatal infection called Invasive Aspergillosis. After undergoing multiple surgeries and treatments, Kelvin's body could not handle it anymore. On July 15th, he was declared brain dead and subsequently pulled from the ventilator on July 16th. Kelvin's one wish was to make it to his 41st birthday, which was July 17th. Unfortunately, his wish did not come true. Kelvin was the most loving and kindest soul you could ever meet. He'd give any and everything he had to someone in need. Not only was he just an overall good person, he was a dedicated and wonderful father/husband/brother/son/uncle/grandson/nephew/godfather/cousin/friend.

There are many medical expenses, burial arrangements, and much financial support needed for his four children. As a family, we would like to bury him with all the dignity and respect that he deserves. Would you please help?
