On June 14th 2024, 17 year old high school graduate, Isya Stanley was fatally shot at a gathering in the Fairmount Park section of Philadelphia. A vibrant young scholar, entrepreneur and soon to be Morgan State College student leaves behind a devastated family and community. Please don’t allow her to be another statistic in your mind. She was bright and beautiful with dreams just like anyone else.

So many in the community have been pouring out love and support to the family during this difficult time. The family will need support. Any and all is welcomed and appreciated. If you are unable to donate but can provide a service for the family or funeral please feel free to send an email.

In an effort to combat gun violence in our city we have also started a change.org petition at the link below. Please sign and help take action against the lives being taken away from us every single day at the hands of gun violence.

Isya leaves behind her mother, Regina, father, Self, two brothers Sahiem and Samir and wealth of friends and family.
