Burn recovery of Lineman Michael Ceniceros.

Hi, my name is Joanne and I am fundraising for my brother Michael Ceniceros who is a journeyman lineman and was injured at work on Monday 10/25. He was rushed to Cedar Sinai and was transferred to a burn medical center for treatment later that night. He has 2nd degree burns to his entire face and left wrist from an arc flash. He had his first surgery on Wednesday for debridement and grafting. After the removal of initial bandages later this week, the doctor will determine how many more surgeries he will have to have. He is in a lot of pain but in good spirits. He is giving the nurses a run for their money joking with them and making them laugh.

Michael has been a dedicated and loyal lineman for over 20 years. He started from the ground and worked his way up through many different roles over the years. Being a lineman is in his blood as he followed the foot steps of our father. This is his passion. It was a great feeling to hear all his coworkers that showed up, comment on how much they love and appreciate all Michael has taught and done for them. I already know what an amazing guy my brother is but it was comforting hearing how much he means to his crew.

Michael is not only a dedicated lineman, he is a loving and dedicated father and partner to his girlfriend. Family is everything to Michael.
