Burn Victim Amber Alvarado
Donation protected
On Tuesday May 16th, 2017 at 4:00am Amber Alvarado suffered severe life threatening injuries while escaping a horrific house fire. Amber is a beautiful 21 year old talented artist with her entire future ahead of her. She graduated from Start High School in 2015 and is currently studying Sonography at Owens Community College. Amber sustained second degree burns over 40% of her body including her arms, hands, chest, back, stomach and both feet. She is currently intubated due to smoke inhalation injuries to allow her body the time it needs to heal. Unfortunately this is only the beginning of Amber and her families journey toward recovery. In efforts to support the Alvarado family through this devistating tragedy we are asking for donations. Your generosity will aid in helping to off-set the rising cost of medical expences. As stated per nursing staff "For every percent of ones body burned equals one day in the burn unit." Please remember every little bit helps, and in donating we can make a difference in the financial burden that has been placed upon the Alvarado family.
On behalf of Amber and her family we thank you for your kindness and generosity.
