Michael Cody Crouch

On June 7th at 1:30 in the morning Cody woke his family up saying he couldn't breath. Shortly after, Cody slipped away and the paramedics were unable to revive him. Cody was involved in a horrific motorcycle accident last July after being cut off by a driver in traffic. That accident left Cody with a shattered pelvis, compound fractures in tibia and fibia, a broken arm, shattered ankle, 2 broken shoulders, a ruptured spleen, internal bleeding and led Cody down a path that involved 13 surgeries, a medically induced coma and almost a full year in and out of the hospital. On May 27th 2016 Cody has leg removed due to trauma from the accident. Unfortunately his body was so damaged from the accident this last surgery caused his body to shut down.Cody was also a survivor of lupus also who's dream was to always get better and get on a motorcycle which he succeeded at although it was short lived .Despite all of that, Cody remained with a heart of gold. He never stopped fighting and caring for others more than most people ever will. I'm setting up this account to help his father with the cost of his services and remaining medical bills. No father should have to watch his son pass away at only 31 years old and also worry about how he is going to cover the remaining medical bills and funeral expenses.

There will be a funeral in his hometown of San Clemente on Saturday June 18th and on Sunday the 19th we will be going out on a boat to scatter his ashes just as he had always wanted. Every donation, no matter the amount, is sincerely appreciated.
