Bushaw Family, Medical & Family Expenses

My name is Ana and I have had the honor and privilege to watch Brandon grow up into the man he’s becoming. George, my son and Brandon grew up like brothers and no matter what life path they have taken they always pick up right where they left off. That is true friendship and true love for each other!

 

Brandon is such an amazing human. His love for others is so evident. His smiles brightens the most darkest rooms and fills you with such warmth. Brandon is the type of man that will stop to help anyone in need, share his lunch with a stranger or sit down and talk sports and shoes and cars with anyone. He is such a beautiful soul.

 

Brandon is kind and honest and a man of his word. Above all Brandon is a family man. He loves with all his heart. His family is the most important to Brandon. His love for his mom, Roxanne and his dad Rick is so pure. He respects and honors his parents so much. I have always been so fond of how proud he is of his parents. His bond with this brother Justin can never be broken.

 

Brandon and his fiancé Bailey have two beautiful little boys that need their daddy to wake up and get better. #wakeupbrandon 

 

Brandon & Bailey were involved in a horrible car accident this past Wednesday, just as the roads were getting slick, they were traveling home after work and he lost control of his car and landed in the Trinity River. As his car sunk into the water, a passerby was able to break the sunroof and pull Bailey from the submerged vehicle but was unsuccessful at pulling Brandon out to safety. The Boyd Fire Rescue Teams from station 12, quickly responded and were able to pull Brandon from the wreckage. Brandon was trapped in his vehicle for about thirty minute, unconscious before being rescued.

 

Thank you, whole heartily to all those angels that were present that night. From the passerby that jumped in quickly into dark and cold water, into the unknown, to the rescue team and to all of Brandon’s guardian angels with them that night, thank you from all those that love these two and the entire Bushaw family.  

 

Brandon is currently fighting for his life at JPS in Fort Worth, TX. He is currently stable but he’s not in good condition at all. Brandon is in a medically induced coma that slows down brain activity. They do this generally to give his brain time to heal. When your conscious your brain is constantly firing. At some point they will try to wing him off the meds and take him off the ventilators and machines and try to slowly wake him up. There are so many unknowns at this time. #wakeupbrandon 

 

His family and all those that know and love Brandon ask that you pray hard for a miracle. Please pray for his medical team as they do all they can to get Brandon better and awake and responsive.

 

Pray with everything that you have in you. Pray hard for not only Brandon but strength for Bailey and there two small boys. Pray for his mom and his dad and brother and all his family. 

 

We have started this "GoFund Me" page because so many people have come forward and want to do something. This is a good way to help support Brandon and the long road he has ahead of him.

 

Don’t feel obligated to give but know that every little bit helps. We understand times are hard for everyone but know that even a small donation will go a long way.

 

We ask that no matter what, you continue to pray that Brandon wakes up soon. We miss his smile. We all need him!
