Bushfire Wildlife Appeal
Donation protected
Native Wildlife Rescue (NWR) is a non-profit organisation that helps rescue, rehabilitate and release wildlife back into their natural habitat, which is primarily in the NSW’s Southern Highlands. NWR is based in Robertson, a small rural village 2hrs south of Sydney.
NWR is managed by the husband & wife team of Kerstin Schweth & Richard Woodman (Woody), licensed wildlife rehabilitators for the past 14 years.
The operators of NWR are also members of Wildlife Rescue South Coast Inc. (WRSC), a rehabilitation organisation licensed by National Parks & Wildlife Service (NPWS) covering an area from Wollongong to the Victorian border and inland to the East of Goulburn and including the Southern Highlands.
The money will be spent on rehabilitating our precious native wildlife in need, who at the time of this unprecedented, catastrophic bushfire event need our help more than ever.
Caring for native wildlife in need is a long commitment as a volunteer with some in care for 18 months.
Your donation to this project is greatly appreciated.
