Buster Brown Loves Toys A Little Too Much

Donation protected
Hi everyone, if you know me I do not normally do this, so I want to first off say thank you for coming to this page. Our 6 year old Golden Doodle, Buster Brown, is the happiest, most goofy dog there is. He loves to be our lap dog at 95lbs and is the best friend to our 3 young girls. Over the past couple days he has not been acting himself, moping around and groaning. Yesterday, he started vomiting, became dehydrated, his belly started to swell and had a rising fever. We have brought him to the vet hospital and X rays revealed a foreign object lodged in his small intestine. With hopes that overnight hydration would do the trick of moving the object to the colon to be passed, the ultrasound this morning showed the object still lodged in the same place. We now have to resort to surgical removal of the object. He will be going into surgery today, 8/29. Since surgical intervention is needed, the cost of the procedure will be close to $13,000. Without this surgery, the intestine will most likely perforate and he will go septic. Our girls love him and we miss him so much. He is family and we will go to great heights to make sure he is taken care of. If you can please help in any way, that would be so appreciated! Thank you!!

8/29: Update: Buster is out of surgery and doing great! The culprit- a teething pacifier. It was lodged on his intestine and was already starting to do damage. We are so grateful and a huge thank you to those who donated so far! ♥️♥️
