Roman Karptsov Help

Roman Karpsov is 19 years old and has recently gotten into a car crash with his brother. His brother came out with some minor injuries but Roman got horribly injured and is now in critical condition. The medical and rehabilitation bill will be expensive, even so he won't be able to work for a while with his recovery.
