Buy a Defib for CrossFit Comet

Following the interest and support for the plan to fit a Defibrillator in our CrossFit box, here is the page to raise funds to help make this a reality. We know how our lives can change in an instant and how invaluable these are in saving them.

Here's how it will work:

Look at the movement 'menu' below

Choose movements for a specific coach

Donate the correct amount to the page

Tell us which movements you are paying and for which coach as your 'message' when you donate

e.g.

Lizzie 1 mat HSW

Dan 1 legless rope climb

Tracey 12 Double Unders

Donation would be £6

Workout movements will then be programmed for the coaches by Jake, Hannah and Lewis.

Workouts will be performed on Saturday 7th October after class. Spectators welcome!!
