Buy Alan Loren-Guille a pint (hero)

Hi please donate to thank 17 year old Alan who selflessly helped disarm the school children attacker on Thursday in Dublin. What a complete hero, he deserves our thanks.

I have received the following from Alan’s Mum who has agreed to assist in setting up Alan as beneficiary of all your kind donations:

“I received the press article with the link to the fundraiser for my son. I can't quite grasp what you've set up for him. I have no words; the emotion is overwhelming on all levels, considering everything that happened with the tragic events this Thursday. I don't know who you are, but I want to sincerely thank you for your initiative for my son Alan. He works hard at school and also during his free time in restaurants near our home to save money for his driver's license and a car. This will be a beautiful surprise for him, and I believe he will be deeply moved by your gesture and all those who participated. There is still solidarity, brotherhood, and humane individuals in this world. Let's hold on to that, to values, and to hope; they still exist. I appreciate this on his behalf, and he will certainly express his thanks as well. Best regards”
“I have been proud of my son for a long time, despite the challenges we've faced. Life has blessed me with a wonderful child. It goes to show that we can go through tough times and still maintain a sense of direction and values. I talk to Alan every day, and when he found out about the fundraiser for him, he cried, even though it's not like him. He sees his actions as natural, as does Caio, the Brazilian delivery driver who also helped. My son cannot tolerate injustice and harm to children, vulnerable individuals, the elderly, those with disabilities, and senseless violence. I'm aware that a call could have informed me of my son being in serious condition or worse, as knife attacks are often fatal. His time in Ireland will be etched in his memory forever, and he often speaks of the warm welcome he received in your country. I’ve seen the comments on the fundraising site, and words fail to express the depth of emotion. I sent the link to Alan so he could read them too. All the money from the fundraiser belongs to him. I'll assist Alan with the necessary steps. Psychological support is already arranged to help him manage his post-traumatic shock. My thoughts are with the injured children and individuals, hoping those in critical condition recover, and I extend my sympathies to the families, parents, school staff, and to Caio who intervened.
I also thank the heavens”
