Help us afford a reliable medical service vehicle for a remote clinic in Nicaragua! Help us save and improve the lives of villagers!

The Health & Help clinic in Nicaragua is located in an overly remote area with extremely hard-to-travel roads. These roads are more or less impossible to commute on foot, and in cases of extreme emergencies, the lives of our patients depend on how fast we can reach them. We cannot afford to buy a car for several reasons, however, we have forged a collaboration with the local tour guide, Byron, who agreed to rent his car and hire him as a driver to help with the needs of doctors and patients at our clinic.

This collaboration will help us reach more communities with our medical brigades, and buy medications and supplies which can only be purchased in the capital, as well as transport patients who need emergency assistance to the hospital.

We believe all people should have a right to live a longer, healthier life. That’s why we created Health & Help – a volunteer organization that provides basic medical care for people living in the rural regions of Central America. We care about all patients – no matter what language they speak, their social status, and what they believe in – and we help even those who cannot pay us back. Their joy, gratitude and, most importantly, well-being is all that matters.

We are currently running two clinics in Guatemala and Nicaragua; they are located in remote villages far away from big cities. Every year, our doctors see at least 6’000 patients – some of them are even traveling from other settlements!

A donation from you to our Transportation Fund can help make the change we need and keep the clinic running. With your help, we will be able to reach more people, as well as save the lives of those under our care.
