Help Buy an Ox for Our Ethiopian Family

Hi! My name is Havi, and I am fundraising for my birth family in Ethiopia. When we traveled to my birth country this summer, a lot of you asked how you could help. At that time, we were not sure but after our visit, we could see that with four small children and a baby, they have a lot of mouths to feed and everything that they eat they must plant, grow and harvest on their small farm. An ox would help them plow their own land at a way faster rate. The ox could also be a source of income by renting it out to neighboring farms. Though they have very little, we were all amazed by their hospitality, thankfulness and joy.
