Who are we?

Camp interactivity:
From Monday to Friday, between 4 pm and 6 pm, TeaHive's lounge becomes a haven for Burners seeking respite from the desert sun.
In addition to the tea experience, TeaHive offers a series of captivating workshops throughout the week.
- Tuesday, participants are encouraged to "meet a stranger" and engage in thought-provoking conversations, using ice-breaking questions that foster connection and openness.
- Wednesday, the camp transforms into a buzzing canvas itself, as participants can indulge in face and body painting. Let our talented artists weave their magic as they transform your face and body into mesmerizing works of art.
- Thursday's workshop channels the industrious nature of bees into a painting class, where Burners can express their creativity on canvas using a palette inspired by the vibrant hues of Moroccan landscapes.
- Finally, on Friday, TeaHive offers a serene spa day, inviting Burners to relax and rejuvenate amidst the gentle hum of ambient music and the application of nourishing face masks infused with natural ingredients inspired by the bees' own hive.
The lounge:
- As Burners step into the TeaHive lounge, they are greeted by the enchanting ambiance that seamlessly intertwines Moroccan aesthetics with bee and honeycomb motifs.
- The vibrant colors and patterns of Morocco are complemented by subtle nods to the bee world, featuring decor elements inspired by honeycombs, beeswax, and the mesmerizing dance of bees in flight.
Swag:
Show us the honey, Bee rewarded: From sticky stickers to Un-bee-lievable folding fan and even Bee-utifully personalized gifts, we promise a swarm of surprises that'll keep you Bee-ing happy!
Budget:
- We have set a budget ($11k) for our TeaHive camp at Burning Man, and our goal is to raise a little bit less than half ($5k) of the total budget through our fundraiser efforts. The funds we raise will go towards the camp interactivity such as a lounge for all to enjoy, kitchen supplies for tea preparation, decorations, tea and workshop supplies and special gifts for our supporters.
- However, our commitment doesn't end with just covering our camp expenses. We are deeply aware of the environmental impact of our participation in Burning Man and aim to take responsibility for our carbon footprint. That's why any funds raised beyond our initial goal will be allocated toward purchasing carbon credits. These carbon credits will help offset the emissions generated by our camp's activities, ensuring that we leave a positive and sustainable impact on the environment.
- By contributing to our fundraiser, supporters not only help us achieve our budgetary goals but also contribute to a more sustainable and eco-friendly Burning Man experience. Together, we can make a difference by minimizing our carbon footprint and fostering a greener future.
