David Martinez Medical Expenses

On June 19th, David Martinez, a 15 year veteran with the Laredo Police Department was diagnosed with a very rare infection called Epiglottitis causing his airwaves to shut down preventing him from breathing. Doctor was able to save his life and was airlifted to a San Antonio hospital where he has remained in the Intensive Care Unit. He is showing signs of progress and is expected to recover. Unfortunately, the recovering process will take a lot of time, patience, and care. Due to this unforeseen medical emergency, the family has been going through some difficult times as well.
