Funeral expenses for Mariela Gonzalez

Last night, on November 22nd 2021, our sister, Mariela Gonzalez, was held hostage at gunpoint by her ex boyfriend in her own apartment. He held her there for a day. When the police were finally able to enter her apartment that night, they found her dead.

 

Mariela was only 29 years old and leaves behind a grieving mother, two sisters, and, worst of all, a young son.

 

 

We are asking for donations to be able to cover her funeral costs. Please donate what you can and share amongst your friends. It would mean the world to us as we try to come to terms with such a violent and unexpected death.

 

 

 

Nuestra hermana, Mariela Gonzalez fue tomada como rehén por su ex novio en su propio departamento anoche Noviembre 22. La tuvo encerrada por un día. Cuando la policía logró entrar esa noche, ya había fallecido.

 

Mariela sólo tenía 29 años y deja a su mamá, dos hermanas, y lo peor de todo, a su joven hijo.
