Stolen vehicle

Hello everyone, my name is Chad and today while I was at work my vehicle which took me a lifetime to finally get was stolen. I owe a little over $5500 still on it, it was the first vehicle I've ever had. I'm completely lost on what I'm going to do. I don't make a lot of money at all and since becoming sober 7 years ago I have absolutely nobody to ask for help. I have no parents left, my sisters can't afford to help and this was the only way I was able to stay working. I really wish that I didn't have to do this but I have no idea what else to do. The insurance i have isnt going to do much at all. Unfortunately the police aren't going to be much help either. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. I appreciate any and everything.
