Fire- lost everything

I live in Yardley Commons.  Thursday night, an electrical fire started in the attic and a unit in the 700 building was destroyed.  My neighbors are ok and so are their dogs.  Unfortunately, they are now homeless. Given the fire, smoke and water damage, they lost everything in the fire.  These are young folks who, like many of us, were struggling to begin with.  Yardley is an amazing community and many of us have connections to organizations that might be able to help with furniture, household goods, clothing and pet supplies.  But coming up with rent and a security deposit at a moment’s notice will be impossible without donations.  Let’s pull together and show them some of that fantastic neighborly love that makes Yardley such a fantastic place to live!!!
