It is with a very heavy heart we share the news of the passing of our beloved sweet friend, Heidi Pursley Moss. Her beautiful smile, joyful heart and contagious laugh will forever be remembered. Please continue to lift her precious parents and two sweet boys up in prayer today and in the days ahead as there are many decisions that must be made.
On behalf of Heidi’s Family, we would like to extend our deepest and most sincere thanks to each of you who contributed to this campaign for Heidi. Each donation was a very special blessing and we are all so grateful for the way you expressed your love.
With Much Love, Vanessa and Rachel
“We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. May your unfailing love be with us, Lord, even as we put our hope in you.” Psalm 33:20-22 NIV
Original Story:
On January 4, 2019, Heidi was involved in a life threatening incident crushing both her feet, fracturing her pelvis, sternum, and lower 2 vertebrae. She suffered a concussion and had internal abdominal bleeding, but thankfully she has retained good upper body movement. God saved her life more than once during her 55 day hospital stay which included 13 days in the ICU. She was discharged on February 28th to a Personal Care Facility to allow her bones to heal before beginning crucial and extensive rehabilitation in hopes to ever walk again.
Unfortunately Heidi has minimal medical insurance and given her situation, she does not have any income as she is still recuperating from the loss of everything during Hurricane Harvey.
Her medical expenses are urgent & immediate in order to facilitate the quality care that is necessary to walk again and to be able to care for her two young boys.
Please help support our sweet friend Heidi Moss!
A Message From Heidi:
I am thankful to so many ANGELS and PRAYER WARRIORS all over the country who have prayed for me daily, visited me, and kept me company during my long hospital stay, and who continue during my recuperation to visit, keep in touch, and help me out in various ways during my recovery.
My road to recovery is long and will include intensive physical therapy. I really appreciate your continued prayers and support.
Much Love, Heidi
