More information about Veterans Emergency Transition Services: VETS Canada provides assistance to Veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless or otherwise in crisis. A volunteer driven organization, VETS Canada has over 1000 volunteers across the country who are mostly Veterans themselves with the ability to employ a peer support component to the assistance they provide. VETS Canada considers itself an "outside the box" organization that creates solutions to each Veteran's individual situation.
