Please help this family

This beautiful young mom, Rachael, is losing her battle with breast cancer. She will leave behind a wonderful little girl, Sophia, who is 6 years old. Sophia is going to need a tremendous amount of support to have the life she deserves.  Her grandfather, who will be her primary caregiver, recently had a stroke - he is ok, but is unable to work. As a mom, it's unimaginable having to leave your child and then to wonder if she will be taken care of financially. Please, please, please help this family through this devastating time.
