Donate To Help Ashley Fight Cancer

Hello, my name is Ashley Jernigan. In June of 2023, I received a diagnosis for a rare and aggressive form of late-stage ovarian/GI cancer. Despite being just 21 years old, I've endured 15 rounds of intense chemotherapy and had an ovary removal. Unfortunately, neither treatment has brought me any closer to remission.

Recently, I've been offered a final option: participation in a clinical trial (a form of chemotherapy in the early stages of being studied and not yet available on the market) Funding for this trial will not be covered by any insurance and is solely from personal resources. Coming from a single-parent household with very limited finances, this journey is impossible without external support.

The funds I hope to raise will cover the expenses of travel for these upcoming clinical trials, essential needs, and the mounting medical bills.

I want to sincerely say “Thank You” to all of the anonymous donors and cash donations we have received that has put me beyond the first goal of $10,000. We are extremely grateful to all of you for your prayers, concerns and love that has been shown to us. A special “Thank You” goes to our church family at Beaverton Church of the Nazarene for all of the consistent love and support they have given us.
