Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital Inc, and any donation will help make an impact. I am walking the National Trail starting from Cooktown, Qld and making my way to Healesville, Vic (5,330km). From there I will be jumping on the Tasmanian Trail (480km) all in the name of keeping Australia's precious wildlife off the threatened species list. Our native wildlife bring this country to life whether it be from our backyards to the outback, the kitchen window to the coastline or our verandahs to the creek. They paint our outdoor adventures (whatever shape or form) with scenes of colour, sounds & character. Please assist BBWH's campaign to raise money and help end the extinction of our threatened species through my walking efforts. Wildlife patient costs include initial consult, diagnosis, X-rays, anaesthesia, fluid therapy, food, supplements and overnight hospitalisation. BBWH veterinary services are free of charge & are open 7 days a week but require funding to operate. They lost funding in 2023 when a considerable grant was revoked by the Australian Government.
