Byron's FUNdraiser for Purple Heart Homes

A personal goal of my this year is to give back more and do my best to make a difference in other's lives. One of the ways I want to giving back, with your help,  is through a FUNdraiser during the month of July. As we celebrate our Independence in the Month of July, I want to help raise money for those who fought for those Freedoms.  My goal is to raise $10,000 for the non-profit Purple Heart Homes. Purple Heart Homes was started right here in North Carolina by Veterans. Purple Heart Homes provides housing solutions for service-connected disabled and aging Veterans. Some of the services they provide to the Veterans are building ramps, replacing the roof, or HVAC system and in some cases, Purple Heart Homes have built tiny homes for those who had dwellings in disrepair. 

To add a Fun element to this fundraiser I have decided that if we are able to reach the goal of $10,000 raised, I will completely shave my beard!! Not only will I completely shave off my beard, but I will also do it live on my social media feeds for anyone who wants to watch. Anyone who knows me knows that it's been a long time since my face has been without facial hair. I'm a little concerned about how goofy I will look with a clean-shaven baby face(if an old man can have a baby face). But that's not all, if for some reason we fall short of my $10,000 goal but are still able to raise between $5,000 and $9,999, I will still shave my beard............. Just not completely. Any amount over $5,000 I will significantly shave my beard and be sure to post before and after pictures.  Regardless if you care about seeing me without a beard, please help me raise some money for Purple Heart Homes to help those Veterans who gave so much for this great Nation and for all the freedoms that we enjoy on a daily basis.
