Our Next Chapter

A lot of people asked how they could help us move on to the next chapter of our lives. Well, that time is here! It is very hard for me to ask for help, but if I have learned anything, it is that God wanted to humble me with this lesson... and he has!

For those who don't know why we need the help:

The last few years have not been kind to us. My health has been all over the place, we lost a lot of people including my parents and my husband. In December, we left an environment that was not conducive to anyone involved. We have been living in a motel since! Our goal was to stay in the school district because my soon to be 16 yr old son plays football and has been accepted into the trade school to become a chef. We have built an amazing foundation here through the grace of God, our church, and our support system. We had to prove FOUR times the income to rent in the area. I was told it would take me six months, I did it in two! We've been waiting on the apartment to be remodeled and we move in on May 1st, 2024!!!

My two children and I are starting basically over, from scratch! We have lost most of our items, including the necessities of today's life. Therefore, we are asking for help to rebuild our lives.

We found a two-bedroom apartment. Both children will have their own room and I will sleep in the living room. We are in need of three beds, three dressers, a small dining room table with at least three chairs, a recliner/large chair, a small desk, and a few shelves. An Amazon List has been provided to see other household items we are in need of/want. Please understand the things on this list are things we need, however, we are more than willing to take cheaper items and/or second-hand items! We will worry about decorating our home down the road... but, we thought this list would be an easy way for people to see those particular items. Size 14 GIRL clothes are highly needed (shoe size 4). Toiletry and food items would also be helpful. I can pick up any donated items, just send me a message. Also, please do NOT have anything delivered to the address provided in the list UNTIL MAY 1ST!
