Hello! I am Emily Niemela. I am fundraising for my brother, Glen, sister-in-law, Marria, and their family of 9 children.

In the past week their 5 month old, Kailum, started seizing and would stop breathing. It progressed quickly and he was rushed to Marshfield hospital. He is in the PICU has had many tests and meds given to try to figure out what is going on. The seizing and his breathing would stop to often for most of the more lengthy tests, but thanks be to God, those episodes have lessened and they were able to do a long awaited MRI last Friday. The results showed the seizurs caused some damage, due to the amout of seizures he has had, and where the seizures were affecting him, but not what is causing them.

Kailum has multiple tests coming up and we would like to help their family during this stressful time.

We pray that Kailums little body will continue to be strong enough to undergo these tests, as we have witnessed God's hands guiding them through all of this already.

Praise God for miracles, and for blessing us as we raise His dear children!

Financial support will go to the many medical and travel costs, and also for the children at home, as they are coping with mom, dad and baby hours away.
