You know the feeling when the person in line ahead of you, pays for your coffee or meal? My wife's name is Tammy Lynn and I'm Patrick. We are both outreach workers in the city of Windsor and we're trying to recreate that feeling for everyone. We were donated an ice cream bike and decided to start giving away ice cream to the less fortunate. We are attempting to expand into a hotdog cart as well so we can help reach more people.
