Do you want to join me in making a difference? We are raising money in aid of Mental Health Ireland. We all know how tough and challenging times are for everyone these days and mental health is a huge concern. We would like to contribute to this great cause with your help we can all make a small difference to people's lives. Myself, Martin McIntyre, Dean Masterson and Daniel Morris will embark on a 2 week trek from Kathmandu to mount Everest base camp and back. The journey starts on the 1st of April 2023 and hopefully will end on the 15th of April. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.
