Sometimes we all could use a little help from our friends.
Tanya Anhorn Beale and Joey Beale have many friends - one of the reasons is that they go above and beyond to help people who are in need of some type of assistance. They have both done so in a moments notice and going so far as to opening up their home, without wanting anything in return. The service they have offered to many stray, abandoned and neglected animals is quite remarkable as well.
They are two of the most fiercely loyal and genuine friends you would ever want to have.
At present Joey is in Kelowna General Hospital awaiting open heart surgery to repair his heart.
He was ill for a quite a few months until recently when it escalated and was diagnosed correctly within the past week - which has forced him to be off and thus has affected his work capabilities and income. His recovery, rehabilitation journey back to full time work will be at least a year.
Tanya has just returned to work just months after a very serious and debilitating fall down her steps this past winter. Her recovery is still ongoing. These facts have greatly diminished their earning capabilities and they have just run out of their options to receive any further income.
They have used up their savings, and now have the added expenses of missed work time for Tanya going back and forth to Kelowna as well as fuel and extra medical expenses. Without the stress of limited income at this time they might be able to both focus on Joey's recovery and with the added funds could look into getting him the Insulin pump to manage his Diabetes and avoid the added stress on his heart in the future.
They both are very proud people and have been presented with very trying circumstances to say the least and will accept donations with grateful appreciation.
