Help for Bella Rose

I am asking humbly for friends, family, and the community to help me raise some money for the expenses that are being acquired right now to save my dog Bella Rosa’s life. Bella Rose has been in our life for 12 years. She’s a beautiful blue nose, pitbull, born and raised here in Santa Cruz and is a loving sister, daughter, and friend to all. She developed a very large abscess in her chest that required hospitalization at Pacific veterinary hospital here in Santa Cruz 2 weeks ago. The cause of the abscess is unknown but during her stay, she developed 104 fever and they drained 6 liters out from the abscess. She came home the next day with a drain and on anabiotic’s but after a week of inflammation going down, it started to swell up again and it ballooned up to the size it was previously. She is on antibiotics again and is going in for her next appointment this week and at this point if we have to do another draining of the abscess, there will be a biopsy done to see what the cause might be since it’s still is an unknown factor. The first time she was in the hospital overnight the bill was $3000 and I believe another drainage procedure is going to be in effect next week.

As a single mother of three children, working two jobs I have exhausted all my savings and now coming up against another surgery to drain this situation is impossible for me to afford. I am asking humbly if anyone can help me with even the slightest donation so that I can at least get her out of pain and figure out what the root cause of this problem is. Bella Rose is a dear member of our family, and the possibility of this being some thing like a tumor is breaking all our hearts, because most definitely if we are fighting cancer on any level, we will not be able to continue treatment, due to financial struggle and her age. We are hoping that this next procedure along with a biopsy will reveal more of what we’re up against and hopefully she’ll make a turn for the better. I really appreciate you taking the time to read this and I totally understand if you can’t donate but if you could pass this message along to other people, that would be wonderful and helpful just as much so thank you.
