Help your Princess pay off her Apartment

I spent a year living with a good friend that ended up ending very badly. In a result, I have been [fairly] stuck with a nearly $3,000 apartment bill for terminating the lease early. After a year of not living there, I am still trying to work it off. Every time I get the chance to chip away at the bill, something else happens.
